The Weeknd released his remix of Beyoncé's "Drunk In Love" This remix comes after a number of other artists remixed the track this, including Detail and Kanye West. In The Weeknd's remix, the chipmunk vocal sample used prominently in the original is much less featured, but still faintly heard in the background. The track strips away the bouncy synth riff in exchange for more bass with a chilling reverb effect.

James Fauntleroy has shared the song “Take Me” the demo for Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s 2013 collaboration “Part II (On the Run).  The couple came together to record the song as the second chapter to their 2003 cut “‘03 Bonnie & Clyde,” where Fauntleroy is credited as a co-writer. Both versions of the track are produced by Timbaland and J-Roc, and Fauntleroy’s first iteration includes many of the lyrics that Bey sings on “Part II.”

Timbaland Confirms No full Version of 'YONCÉ'

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Timbaland revealed secrets about his work as a producer and featured stories involving Beyoncé.

According to him, the creative process of the album visual "BEYONCÉ", released in 2013, was "one of the biggest events in music that has never been televised." To produce the disk, Beyoncé joined all of the contributors in a sort of boot camp.

Timbaland, who has worked with artists such as Jay Z and Justin Timberlake to the making of the work of the singer, said that the process was peaceful and ôrganico. "Yoncé, the intro of Partition, came about when Timberlake began to pound in a bucket", he said.

To the unhappiness of the fans, the producer also confirms that there is not a version 'full' of the song, unlike that indicate the rumors.

Beyoncé does not sing for the producers, according to him. "She enters the room to her with a sound engineer and closes the door".

On producing:

“Producing has always been in me. I love playing live, but if I’m playing live, it’s almost like I’m producing on the spot.”

On Timbaland’s sound:

“I’ve been working with him since 2006 and I still can’t describe it. And it looks so simple. He doesn’t really do a lot, but it’s his time and his rhythm.”

 

On working with Ashlee Simpson:

“She was a rock star. And once I heard her voice, it was simple. It was like, you can’t do the candy pop stuff. Your sister’s doing that. You gotta be the evil twin.”

On the difference between hip-hop and other genres:

“You don’t have to be perfect in hip-hop. We want raw. We want realness. You want the drums to be a little offensive sometimes. You want that edge.”

On Jay Z:

“Jay loves to have people in the studio. He listens to conversations. He’ll be in the back, chilling, and he listens. He knows how to take conversations and build a story out of it. He really pays attention to the environment around him.”
